Psychological Services

"Transitions" is a widely used term that refers to the process and/or state of change in general.  At an individual level, different stages of life have been defined and much attention has been focused on the “transition” between one stage and another, and what it means psychologically for people experiencing transition.

From a life cycle perspective every person will need a helping hand at some stage of their life.  Transitions Psychological Services aims to help bring meaning to those experiencing life transitions, by giving them a deeper understanding of them-selves while transforming aspects of their life that have been difficult
